Montgomery County WCID #1 is overseen by a five-member Board of Directors, elected by the residents of the District. To serve on the Board, an individual must own or lease property within the District. 

The Board holds its regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM at the District’s main office, located at: 
25611 Spreading Oaks Lane, Spring, TX 77380.
